Efficient and friendly.
I have had great and horrible experiences with Kaiser. For surgery and general care they are great. Dermatology is a nightmare though. So under staffed and unorganized. Takes weeks to get an email back when I was allergic to a medicine that was supposed to be helping my skin. Then I was told there were no appointments until 2027. my coworker was a told two months later they could get an appointment in February 2026.
