What an awful experience today! The lab is supposed to open at 8 am but one of the technicians appeared at almost 8:30 am. No one seems to be responsible for the delay. Honestly speaking, efficient lab service need to be provided in this location and please read the reviews.
1000% Exceptional Service from start to end Mecca and Tyra is the sunshine of the third floor Extremely professional, remarkable. And kind. They both put the A plus in awesome and amazing. They take pride and commitment from hello to good-bye. I am screaming Kaiser please duplicate them at every location. Thank you ladies for giving me a peace of mind, for making me feel better but most of all for treating me with first class. You both go above and beyond for customers.
You will not be able to escape this building once you are inside. It sounds like something from a sci-fi novel, but I kid not the elevators don’t work and there’s stairs as an emergency way out. This is insane. No button to call for help. Everything is automated.
Today was my first day seeing Dr. Syed and I was very impressed! Thorough, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in my well-being.
