Hours say open to 9 but that is either a lie or the person working didn’t want to help me. If you say you are coming from urgent care they will still help you so that’s the hack for people showing up right before closing.
Today January 23rd 2026, I tried to refill a prescription on KP.org and it gave me an alert saying that I couldn’t refill prescriptions because the Pasadena Kaiser pharmacy was on strike so I drove to that pharmacy and it was open and I explained to them that the reason why I couldn’t refill my prescription on KP.org and they said that they were NOT on strike. Kaiser are liars.
This 5 star review is only for Steve. Everyone else MEGA 0 STARS. I had come here for multiple medications after open heart surgery and MULTIPLE people were not able to help me, couldnt figure it out and didnt ask anyone else for assistance TO help until I spoke to steve at another window myself. How frustrating it is to come here after a open heart surgery for family to pick up their meds and they say I only see 3 and NOT OFFER ANY solutions, seek upper mgmt help or anything at all.
