If I can give negative stars, I would. But it deserves a 1-2 stars because of my individual therapist Sara. She's nice and doesn't judge me. Also the member services staff that handled my case, was also nice. Unfortunately, she's not able to solve my concerns but she really tried. The psychiatrist doesn't care of your mental health. Terrible. These guys are only maximizing profit. Staff are completely overwhelmed with huge caseloads and service is horrific and insensitive. Stay far far away. Since you pay through Kaiser's own insurance, they have an incentive to give you as little service as possible. Terrible business model; if the public were more educated or had access to better info literally no one would use these guys. The world will be better off when they go out of business.

lmaoo they have the rudest staff, I’m like damn in the psychiatric department? The people I talked to on the phone were sooo snappy and defensive when I was trying to ask clarifying questions. Most of the people they’re speaking to have to be either neurodivergent or have some behavioral health issues so you’d think they’d be trained to respond better in these situations. Yall will be the reason somebody crashes out one day

Service at Kaiser has been going down hill. If you're not a current member they don't even want to give you your medical information. I guess I will not be coming back to Kaiser Permanent anymore.
