Bad Service – The receptionists at this Kaiser are snappish and sarcastic. Because they scheduled me for the correct type of appointment, I waited two hours just to have some doctor tell me I was healthy and hand me a packet of pamphlets to read. She didn't even bother looking me over. I told the staff that I had requested certain testing that they promised and no one was willing to take responsibility to arrange for the testing.
