It is comforting to receive caring, professional service. Dr. Mark Gibson is kind, takes time to explain the situation/symptoms and future prospects clearly, as well as ask if I have questions. Then answers and gives recommendations.
Dr Miyasato, Shelley RN, Annalise & Jacqueline Sanchez have made this process so smooth and less stressful than what I anticipated. They were able to get us in sooner than expected, better yet not have to go to MOA. They made Xyren feel safe, comfortable and was reassured of everything from pre and post procedure. Shelley is such an amazing nurse and took such amazing care of him. Thank you for always being the best at everything you all do!

Everyone was friendly and professional. The technician for ultra sound was accommodating and caring. when I checked out to pay my co pay- Kaiser waived the fee for being a Lahaina survivor
