I was very nervous about coming in for a stress test today. It wasn’t until recently that anyone suggested that I might have a problem with my heart. However, Michelle was very welcoming and patient as she prepared me for the test. Linda came in to do the ultrasound and explained what she was doing. She even answered all of my many questions about the pictures of the heart she was taking. Thank you for a great experience.
RN Makena was the best. I had a surgery and she made my experience really great.
Kaiser Permanente helps me very much. Most interactions are pleasant and services are of good quality. Today’s visit with Dr. Syphus in the Integrated Physical Rehabilitation department was informative and he offered follow up imagining to satisfy my need for more diagnostics and peace of mind.

Dr.Kim Kawakami, Wailuku Maui is AMAZING! BEST ophthalmologist experience, so much so that I text a cousin DURING my apt to tell her she needed to schedule an eye exam with Dr.Kawakami! So GRATEFUL for her help. Im leaving with new contacts and a huge smile!
