Everyone was friendly and professional. The technician for ultra sound was accommodating and caring. when I checked out to pay my co pay- Kaiser waived the fee for being a Lahaina survivor
If you can join somewhere else do so. I had to wait FOUR MONTHS during worsening eye vision for cataract surgery. Their OPTOMETRY SCHEDULING IS WORTHLESS and a joke! if you go thru HMSA I had an appt within a week to see the optometrist and begin the process for eye cataract surgery! The Kaiser pharmacy mauilani parkway is a joke! Their online app is a joke.. To get one prescription i was forced into obtaining mail order delivery over a week of delay to obtain that item! They're constantly out of med according to the online ... read more
