I am giving Kaiser Vacaville Emergency Department five stars for my most recent visit on Friday, August 22, 2025. Soon to be 80-year-old female presents herself to the ER at 1630 with temp 100.2 after taking 1000 MG Tylenol 1 hour prior. CHILLED TO THE BONE, BP 160/80 pulse 100 R 20; 5'2" 114 pounds. Although Initially I was disappointed with the Emergency team response to my request to accompany my husband while being treated, we are very pleased with the service provided and would like to commend Kaiser Vacaville Emergency Room team as well as the 4th Floor Medical staff for demonstrating excellent service and addressing his urgent medical needs. He is on the road to recovery and expect to be discharged soon!
