In need of a negative sign because that’s how bad this hospital is. Needs to be rated at a -1 star! They do not care about the patients health! They lie and tell you your next and you’re still waiting for the next two hours while the receptionist rotate and continue to lie about your spot in line! All I need is an emergency ultrasound and I’ve been here for 3 hours! My baby could be dead and they are not taking me seriously! DONT BRING YOUR LOVED ONES HERE! DONT COME HERE! Go to Downey!

After reading all the reviews now I am fearful taking my husband to this ER. I am about to go due to his abdominal pain but don't know what's going to be happen. Hopefully we will get a good doctor n staff.
I took my mom, who is 80+ years old, to the emergency room around 7 pm. The intake was actually satisfactory. Then, around 9 p.m., I asked how far my mom was from seeing the doctor. I was told 6.5 hours. How can Kaiser expect a mature adult to wait, sitting down 6.5 hours plus the 2 hours we have already waited? Kaiser needs to come up with a different and compassionate approach.
