Muy mal servicio. Mucho. I honestly had one of the worst experiences talking with KEILYN BELTRAN from the call center when I needed assistance. From the start, it was clear that professionalism was lacking. The communication was terrible – her responses were delayed, and when they did come, they were vague and unhelpful. I attempted to address my concerns, but instead of a solution, I was met with indifference and excuses. I wouldn't trust Keilyn with any future assistance and strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

The service is awful. They are telling people who came in after 7pm that they have a 9 hour wait time. I came in at 5pm estimate 7 hour wait time. In two hours I have moved from 9 people ahead of me to 7 people ahead of me. This is on a Monday .
