If I could put a "0" I would say the fact that I was attended with attitude in the discharge receptionist was a no for me ! People should be treated right and with patience today. I want to say that this kaiser worker was awful and her name is Jesse. I don't think she should even work here with that attitude ! No patience and making that ugly look and would even said aloud OMG like if whe were waisting her time !! Really disrespectful
One word ~ Disgusting. Do not go here if you’re looking for medical treatment ~ this place is a joke. What they do have plenty of are security guards ~ but the facility has no room or beds for you in you go to the ER. As for HIPPA - well they have no idea what that even means.
I have received care from different Kaisers even from Southern California and never in my life had I received such poor care. I don’t know where to start, but I will tell you how disappointed I am by the care I received at the ER and at this Kaiser Santa Rosa Region. I first went to Urgent Care, it was around 528pm-closed for walk ins and instructed me to go to ER instead. I went in for a severe migraine attack and dehydration. Ended up in the ER for a shellfish allergy and was greeted with 3 nurses with my room prepped/ready to go! I have had many shellfish ER visits in my lifetime, I am EXTREMELY allergic, and this by far was the best experience I have had. Thank you docs and nurses for your care!
Currently sitting here being ignored for another hour waiting for results which we know have back. There's more official police presence than active nurses on duty to, you know, TAKE YOU IN DURING YOUR EMERGENCY. Really is an unorganized mess and has been for at least 10 years
