Dreadful experience. I had to make urgent flight to care for my 93 year old experiencing sudden, crippling pain from his PAD. BesidesTanya in Vascular Surgery who did get us urgent appointment for ultrasound, every other interaction has been terrible. I'm frustrated, disappointed and angry. In 10 days, at least 40 calls, not one office or department has returned calls, emails or checked on my father's condition. Neither his PCP or specialist authorized has emailed or phoned! This was my first meeting with Dr. Ng. She was very friendly & personable, & made me feel comfortable with her. She took the time to listen to all my concerns & ordered lab tests that seemed appropriate. She also offered referrals to specialists who could address my specific issues. She offered practical suggestions for me to carry out at home. Today I got some of my lab results back & am alarmed at a couple of the findings.
