I had a severe sore throat and coughing a lot. I went to emergency care at Kaiser in Valencia. The wait time was 20 minutes and 10 minutes to get the medicine. I felt that the doctor took time to listen to my needs. It was efficient.

It was cancelled few minutes before my appointment time and I am in the waiting area.
