Sat for over 2 hours to get treatment with no indication of when we’d be seen. Nurse missed the vein at least 6 times when drawing blood.
Really disappointing experience at the Kaiser Santa Clara Emergency Department. The waiting room was about 80% full, and people had been waiting four or more hours without being seen. Based on this experience, I would have serious reservations about recommending Kaiser as a medical provider. When you’re dealing with an emergency, you expect timely care and communication—not hours of waiting in a crowded emergency room where you can’t lay down. very very bad experience. Doctor didn't listen to what I said. only asked me to do a lot of labs. I lot so many blood because of the blood, even feeling dizziness！
One of the worse ER Hospitals Ever…. The staff and their security is horrible. They tried to say I couldn’t use the restroom and once I asked why the security got all crazy saying I have to listen to them and said she doesn’t like me and I don’t have to like her either. The security lady walked towards me as if she was going to put her hands on me, just for me wanting to go to the restroom. If the video was allowed to be posted on this comment I would.
