I visited the Kaiser Emergency Room in Santa Clara and wanted to share my experience so others know what to expect. I arrived at 1:00 PM and was initially screened around 3:00 PM. Blood work was done, and I then waited about two hours for test results. After that, I was called for a CT scan, and those results came back fairly quickly (about 30 minutes). Terrible medical staff. The nurses leave elderly patients in respiratory distress with alarms going off for several minutes with absolutely no concern
My daughter spent five hours in the waiting room with worsening symptoms of post-concussion syndrome, a neck injury, headache, dizziness, and fever. It's her third visit to this ER after a concussion and neck injury, one week apart each visit. This place can't be called a medical service at all. If you can't do your job, don't call yourself a doctor! Human life is the most precious thing, and if you are negligent, you should take responsibility. I told her to go home and call 911.
Everyone in the emergency room was really kind. Thank you again.
