The facility is very dated. Several machines are broken. The therapists discouraged me by writing in my progress notes that I had a poor understanding of physical exercises because I might have repeatedly asking them to show me. However, I am no athlete and that I just had an extensive surgery to repair torn ACL. The group classes are very crowded and sometimes they have multiple classes going on. The standard of the therapists here is so low! I started with one professional that for two sessions only worked on the left side of my body. In the second session she said she was sure she had worked on the other side in the previous week. So weird. Then I switched to a second therapist, which would only see me for 10-17 minutes tops. This week she spent 12 minutes with me and taught me an exercise I already had in my profile. So... A waste of money and my time. Your primary phone number does not work and you are denying options for wheelchair accessories because we have Medi-cal for my father? Every last one of you pinching pennies so Kaiser can make even more than the 8 billion dollars they made last year is pathetic.
