Terrible customer service. I was on hold for over 1 hour just to schedule an appointment.
The facility is very dated. Several machines are broken. The therapists discouraged me by writing in my progress notes that I had a poor understanding of physical exercises because I might have repeatedly asking them to show me. However, I am no athlete and that I just had an extensive surgery to repair torn ACL. The group classes are very crowded and sometimes they have multiple classes going on.
