I got there half an hour before my appointment. I had to fight to get in finally after an hour of waiting I got in it is exactly an hour and 10 minutes past my 1110 appointment time and I’ve yet to see a doctor. Kaiser sucks
Best doctor ever. Dr. Truong listened very carefully to my issue. Every time I had one more question she was very attentive and patient. She thoroughly explained what treatment she recommended and my part in recovery. She was kind and professional. Her assistant, Yolanda, treated me like a valued family member. Very attentive, helpful, and also professional. My experience was amazing, and I left the office smiling.
