I was able to get a same day appointment with Dr. Pan. Got a breathing treatment and I’m waiting for my prescriptions now. Glad I was able to get an appointment so quickly at Porter Ranch so I didn’t have to go to urgent care in Woodland Hills.

I have not needed to be an actual patient here but when I have come here all the staff have been really welcoming. The front desk staff are always smiling and greet me when I come through the door and offer help without me asking for it. Management is quite responsive when problems have arrived and are understanding of the needs each patient asks for. I have truly never had a bad experience here.
