I was met with smiles and the warmth that I needed today. This was a great visit Jennalyn Cruz, and Dr Mehta made me feel welcomed.
So thankful for the care and efficiency of the staff at Kaiser Permanente Porter Ranch.
It’s unconscionable that this Kaiser - Porter Ranch location has no one available for blood work at 5 pm before scheduled closing at 6 pm on Fridays. I came in at 5 pm on 6/12/2026 and had to ask the security guard where were the receptionist and the bloodwork nurses because they went home an hour early! This is also possibly occurring on all weekdays before closing at 6 pm. Why are employed personnel leaving a damn healthcare facility an hour early?!!!
