Dr. Gaple lacks professional behavior. Even though they practice in the U.S. and charge accordingly, their approach feels outdated. It’s important for them to learn how to communicate respectfully with patients and maintain professionalism
Tried to make an eye appt for my son. The automated system answered, but it would not give me an option to make the appt, it talked about hours of operation (8am to 530pm) and then in the end of the message, it tells me to make a selection but there were no options given; of note, I called well within hours of operation. Not accommodating to seniors. My dad had an appointment here and they refused to print out a copy of his lab work for him to take home. They sent him to Release of Information in kaiser woodland hills. How can they have patients run around in circles just to access their own medical record? It's like they're punishing seniors for not having an online KP account
Rita had a great experience with Ceara Norton today with her Prolia injection at the PRC.
Very simple, check in online, using text messages on my iPhone, informed that I am in KP facility, in the waiting room for about 5-10 minutes, doctors and nurses are very kind, doctor also explained everything and advised me how to use the medicine, for now kudos to KP, keep up the same service.
