My experience was wonderful.
Clean staffing team are pleasant. Staffing in all departments are helpful.
It's Kaiser, what do you expect? Had multiple bad experiences here. Just last week I went to pick up my prescription, they check me in I get in a very long line to get it just for them to tell me it's too early for me to get it and time back the next day. They could just have told me that when they checked me, or told me that before getting in line. They don't apologize, just imply it's my fault for coming a day early. Very inconsiderate and incompetent people.
