They have so many people and it's SLOW. Ordered my meds on a Thursday, so I can pick them up Friday, since I cannot drive and would be having a ride take me to an appointment. They didn't have the medication ready and told me it was a 20-25 minute wait. No biggie. The girl who helped me couldn't find my meds because they didnt label them. Then she failed to tell me that one of my medications wasnt ready. They were more worried about Hawai'i day and what they'd bring them to eat. Never on time. My appointment was at 4:10 and I’m still waiting (it’s 5:10) and the girls were leaving and gossiping while we were still waiting in the room. My baby is 1 year old and it’s hard to keep him calm. What’s the point of an appointment if they’re not gonna respect it
