Got my meds! Nice people.
My experience generally has been good. I went to the wrong Kaiser Pharmacy but they volunteered to fill the Rx at the Redwoof Hwy pharmacy and had it done in 5 minutes. The gentleman was really helpful and courteous. Luckily I was there when there were just a couple of customers there.
Terrible customer service, poorly organized and terrible attitudes given on top of mistakes. Zero care or concern for the patient or humanity.
