My wife tried to politely address a severe safety oversight (for a medication picked up a few days ago) at this location today around 7pm, the staff was dismissive and defensive. Immediately after raising the issue, they suddenly pulled back her prescription that she’s never experienced issues with picking up before. Even now the medication shows as ready for pickup (as if the medication was never checked in at this location). Staff are friendly. Even when lines seem long, they are quick.
Never had an issue at this pharmacy. The staff are friendly, and the area has always been clean.
Shelia Brown at the pharmacy at the Iris MOB 2 location is such a sweetheart! It sucks when picking up meds and the pharmacist working are not very nice or pleasant. So thankful for the nice ones like ms Sheila!! :)
