Linda L. In the Rancho Kaiser Lab (blood draw) gets a 💯 percent for her technique of getting my blood drawn! It's usually a difficult procedure but she got it done quickly and efficiently while I was distracted. She's so good! Kudos to her professionalism! She got it before I even knew there was a needle on my arm! 😀
