I had a great experience with all the staff at the center. I asked questions when I didnt understand. I asked for water etc. when needed and received it. Getting care throughout the Kaiser system during Covid created many changes for staff and patients and all for patient and staff safety. If anything I'm still alive and Im grateful. Everyone has a different experience so Im not putting any blame on anyone.
I would honestly give less than one star if I could. Please if you want to have any basic human kindness in my opinion do not use this center. Welcoming staff and appointments kept on time.
The Infusion Center is a separate business from the Oncology Dept. The Infusion is an excellent place to get chemo. The Oncology Dept. is a different story. Do not go to San Rafael Oncology if you have an unusual cancer. You can request a transfer (referral) to a location with. more expertise. They will treat every cancer in San Rafael whether they have expertise with it or not. If you get in any trouble along the way my experience is they will "ghost" you.
Kaiser Permanente Oncology and Infusion Center has a 4.3 star rating with 7 reviews.
Kaiser Permanente Oncology and Infusion Center is closed now. It will open on Monday at 9:00 a.m.
