It's been 6 days since I first called to make an appt, still have not received a call back to schedule and have called 2 other times since. This is just to schedule an appt, I can't imagine how much worse it's going to get if I can't even schedule an appt in a decent amount of time. Why do I pay insurnace if I can't even schedule an appt?

Betty Cox was my OB for my first pregnancy & it was amazing. Second baby she was my OB for the first four months & she then retired. (Well deserved) That’s when it all went down hill. THREE doctors later & I’m still so unsatisfied. They made my pregnancy miserable to say the least. I have 3 weeks left & cant wait to have my baby so I can not come near this department again. Betty would reply to emails within in a day, two max. These doctors take a week or more to reply. Betty Cox would genuinely sit there & hear my concerns ... read more

I just called to make an appointment because as women we need to check in with our OB GYN once a year and the receptionist just yelled at me that this department is only for women trying to get pregnant. Okay. I hope the call was recorded per usual because she was extremely rude. She also told me I wouldn’t be able to afford it under my plan. It sounded like I was on speaker and she was in the restroom, she seemed very bothered having to do her job.

I've had a horrible experience with Kaiser OBGYN...I had to switch Dr.s. they seem to not care about your pregnancy journey or any issues you have. One mid wife told me to literally google my symptoms...if you can switch health care providers before pregnancy do it!
