Check in was easy and they directed me to where the department was for me to wait. I was called in less than 3 minutes and got my weight and blood pressure checked. Had to do a urine test and went into the room to do my procedure. Was given clear instructions on what I needed to do to prepare and the doctor came in at a right time to get the procedure done. Dr. Ly at Kaiser Ophthalmology Department is a very knowledgeable and friendly doctor. She really took her time to listen to my concerns and explain my eye conditions clearly.

Took Covid and flu shots on a week day. Everything was done in 5 min. In addition to flu and covid shots, they guided well on HPV vaccines too. Timelines between all three doses and the care that needs to be taken while taking each dose. Much recommended!
