Dr. Neil Chawla, Anna RN, Mary RN, and Desmond RN from NTC and Iao (Maui Lani), provided the most Amazing, compassionate and thorough care for my pregnant daughter. Completely restoring my trust and faith in the Kaiser system!! I am a lifelong patient of Kaiser, and this will ensure my whole family will continue to patronage the Kaiser Heathcare System! I am hopeful Dr. Chawla will be a regular provider because I would DEFINITELY choose him as my PCP!! Mahalo!!!
Wait time in lobby under 5 minutes. Triage nurse was polite and kind. Did his thing then led me to my exam room. CJ was amazing. Gave me a cortisone shot and prescribed prednisone and I was out of the clinic from start to finish under 40 minutes. Best service EVER
