I am pleased with every person that I came in touch with in this procedure experience. Especially the preop nurses. Dr. Wolff explained what was to be done and answered every question I had in-depth I am so happy to be with Kaiser Permanente as I tell everybody to consider Kaiser when their choice next year comes up. Luthervilles' urgent care is no longer urgent. Oh, they say it is, but... However, once you are actually seen, the service is outstanding!!!
