The fastest and least painful lab test I have ever had is done here. Both reception staff and lab technicians are operates efficiently with knowledgeable and good manners. The wait time is totally acceptable. Very good!
I'm actually a nurse who drops off labs frequently to this location. I'm always treated very politely and have experienced excellent customer service. Of all of Kaiser's labs this is my favorite.
