While the website indicates that the Physical Therapy department of Kaiser Permanente in Kensington is currently open, and I do have a referral to PT from my primary care physician; I have been trying for a few weeks now to get an appointment in person with a physical therapist, without success. Does the bare minimum. Whats the point of going if they just do your home exercise program with you and nothing else. No skilled therapy there. I can do it at home thank you. I needed higher grade mobilization on my shoulder than what I can do by myself. They pretty much politely refused with some lame excuse that didn't make clinical sense
