KAILUA KAISER is the BEST. ESPECIALLY DR.HAMILTON, he sees all my kids & ALWAYS FAST IN RESPONDING. Hardly ever have to wait for anything, if there’s a delay his nurse always comes out and greets you and gives you updates. She is also friendly & so sweet. They both always making sure our experience here is great.
Kailua clinic is the best insider clinic from staff to the clinic itself. We have been with Dr Hamilton since both children were just a few days old to now they’re 16 and young adults 19. We had Dr Hamilton since Moanalua Kaiser days. Found he moved and As a parent I felt comfortable with dr Hamilton since day one old babies. We will drive far from residence home to Kailua for Dr Hamilton. I have never from him nor his staff ever felt judged as a parent nor my children has ever felt any. Pharmacy opens 8:30, not 8. Though I called in the medication yesterday, I still had to wait 15 minutes to get it today, so I’m glad I set aside plenty of time before work! Grace was friendly & a kind attitude goes a long way! Be careful about buying the Fe/Irons on the shelf; they contain FD&C Yellow #5 LAKE, RED #40, RED #3, which have side effects of allergies and ADHD. Down To Earth has healthier supplements!
