Horrible pharmacy staff
My family member was just released today requiring home infusion. They gave me a 15 minute phone call going over each little thing and how to contact them. Then they sent over the right medicine with the wrong machine. The number given is only a message machine. Leaving the patient who just left the hospital to return to the hospital to get their infusion on time. Very upsetting. And the home nurse said this never happens in all her 10 years.
