Labs take longer than expected. Only one lab station open while 15 people are waiting. Also, the co pay required was not listed on kp.org. Update: It appears a staff shortage is occurring in this department. Management maybe this is something you should look into? The employees were efficient once I was called back.
Please advocate for yourself, some Doctors think because they went to “Medical school” they know you better than you know yourself. Do your research and trust your gut. Some doctors will give you miss information just to not do some test you ask for. Sucks that this is the Drs we have in the high desert and most importantly at Kaiser facilities.
