On 12/02/2025 my appt. was at 9:50 stood in line,, it was moving slow and I decided to use the kiosk. The kiosk was not working correctly Then I checked in with the receptionist. I went upstirs to my appt. Nurse Nanette at the Hesperia office could have shown some compassion after being a few minutes late. In her notes after the visit she stated I was late. I do have an impairment and have to rely on the use of a cane. Hoping in the future she focus more on the individuals and their concern.
Amber and Dr. Cole are so sweet. Amber is also the best at giving shots! Pain free.
Best service all around. Explained everything to me. Both doctor and the gentleman that helped me with my glasses. Thank you!
The wait was short. The staff was personable and professional.
