I previously had Kaiser insurance and was seen by a primary care, obgyn, and eye Dr. The wait time was about 20-30 mins before I was seen. Kaiser insurance sends you to their facility to see their providers, which was over an hour drive. The treatment was ok but I prefer to select my own providers who are local.
Kaiser Permanente is the best. You are in and out in no time.
Okay...I have had Kaiser Permanente for 19 years and have been using the Camp-springs offices for more than half of that time. I have had great doctors and some that have shown me clearly that they couldn't care less about my health and welfare. I have a nice and knowledgeable doctor now but my husband had a terrible run in with one named Dr. Climente, She was rude and disrespectful to the point that my husband had to file a complaint on her.
