Kaiser keeps wasting time and fails to provide its doctors and providers with charge code training. My wife went for her annual physical checkup, which is covered under her plan, but Kaiser sent a lab bill over $250. I faced the same issue, except mine was nearly $500, and it took me 5 hours and countless calls to correct and remove the charge.
