Wife and I messed up our appointments at Kaiser Permanente at Haymarket. We showed up days early. Cassandra Hall, working at the check-in desk set out to ensure we got some service and were not wasting our time. She confirmed with the on duty Registered Nurse and sent us upstairs for prelim testing for our Chief Complaint. Cassandra made us feel warm and welcome and made the task look effortless.
Hands down the best pharmacy in the area; easy to order refills, easy to pick up, continuous notification of the status of the order, clean and uncrowded facility, plenty of parking. The system in place works very well.
We had such a wonderful experience at Kaiser Haymarket today! My son saw Dr. Dubois for the first time, and he was incredibly professional, friendly, and welcoming. He made us feel comfortable throughout the entire visit, and I was very happy with the care we received. I especially want to recognize Licia in the lab because she was absolutely amazing.
