They didn’t take me in for my 9:30 appointment and told me I need to reschedule. The assistant inside was very rude — she didn’t even look at me, just said “reschedule” and walked away. The system had already moved my appointment to the next day, so I wasn’t accepted for the confirmed appointment I had

Licia is the absolute best tech at taking blood. Each time I go for a blood test, I don’t even know when she inserts the needle. It’s glorious to be free of that fear. She’s perfect and Kaiser should hold onto her skills forever. I’ve gone to private labs where I dreaded who was going to take my blood. Few people have the skill that LICIA HAS. She’s a star! Thank you Kaiser.
