I came to this facility for physical and also went to the lab and the lab technician Monica was very helpful . She make me feel nothing about needle and very happy with her service.
From check-in to the end of my visit, everything was outstanding. My nurse, Harpreet, and Dr. Iyer were both welcoming and kind. They guided me through my first visit and explained thoroughly all information and were patient with answering my questions. I love that most lab work and testing can be done in the same building. I highly recommend Kaiser Permanente!!!
I had a great experience at the lab during my blood test. Miss Maklit was absolutely amazing! She found my vein on the very first try, which is something not everyone can do. She was skilled, gentle, and made the whole process quick and painless. Truly a professional – I highly recommend her!
