Been here a handful of times. Always been treated respectfully from the second of walking in to the moment of walking out. Security, receptionist, nurses, Dr's, to even janitor, literally all staff members have been extremely nice and helpful. You may be stuck here for hours just because it's a smaller emergency than others, but it makes a huge difference when staff is nice and humble. This is my 1st choice over other kaiser emergency centers. You don't get the same treatment everywhere.
No water in emergency room. Can you believe this? Water is one of the basic things that should be taken care of by any hospital.
