It was organized and fast.
The phlebotomists are always skilled and friendly, and are cheerful about my pointing out where my “easy veins“ are located. Using the online appointment system makes getting in and out quick and easy, no matter how full the waiting room is. The physical station layout sucks for us wheelchair people. The chairs are dangerous to get into and out of. No chairless station and a very narrow side passage feels like I an blocking traffic flow.
