I got no help and the doc seemed very hesitant to do anything and seemed to just go down an algorithm rather than treating the patient and diving more into symptoms and truly finding out what’s going on. Kaiser has gone downhill.

I would not recommend dr liang. My mother has been going to her for years unfortunately and I had to as well for a year before I moved states. She has the most abhorrent attitude and is disrespectful and over all a horrible dr. I dont understand how someone this mean and disgusting can still have a license to practice. The cherry on top is when she tells patients that things that are ailing them are NOT HER PROBLEM. First of all you are my Dr you are getting paid one way or another to provide care to me. My lab appointment was great. Check in was fast. The phlebotomist was very friendly and gentle. She made sure that I was ok when she changed the vacutainers. Great experience.
