Had a great experience during my dermatology visit with Dr. No. He took the time to listen carefully to all of my concerns and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. The check-in process was quick, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I commuted from Orange County for this appointment and was very happy with the care I received. I plan to continue my follow-up care here and would highly recommend this practice.
Had an appointment, saw my Doctor. Went home.
Hard to call them. There is no voicemail. No waiting on the phone in a queue. The voicemail says they open at 8am when I called at 8:20am, but online says 8:30am. I called yesterday to cancel an appointment and all day (not a holiday), they did not pick up. It just hung me up after telling me to try again later. To book an appointment I had to call twice.
