Hard to call them. There is no voicemail. No waiting on the phone in a queue. The voicemail says they open at 8am when I called at 8:20am, but online says 8:30am. I called yesterday to cancel an appointment and all day (not a holiday), they did not pick up. It just hung me up after telling me to try again later. To book an appointment I had to call twice. I had a 10:45 AM appointment and arrived right on time. More than an hour later (updated waited until 12noon), I was still waiting to be seen, with no communication or update from the staff. I’m currently pregnant, and the lack of basic amenities made the experience even more frustrating. There was no water in the dispenser, no snacks, and no vending machine—nothing at all to accommodate waiting patients. Horrible experience with Dr.Meza.Never have I been told to “google” a solution to my problem. After asking to switch providers this man tried to withhold prescriptions from me as retaliation. Additionally this place is impossibly difficult to get ahold of. Again another point of aggravation where the dr challenged my call log and insisted i just keep trying to call. Incompetent

I had one of the most disappointing experiences at this place . After waiting for an extended period in the exam room, the dermatologist barely spent any time with me and didn’t even examine my skin properly. Instead, they immediately made a comment about “breakouts”—despite the fact that my skin currently only has post-acne scarring, not active acne. What made this visit even more frustrating was that improving scars isn’t covered by medical insurance, which I fully understand. However, I still had to pay a copay just to be... read more
