Dr. Martin Cogburn is the most professional and ethical doctor I have ever had the pleasure of being treated by. He does his job well and is diligent in his duties. He has never failed me. I was a patient of his, off and on from 1992 through 2022. I truly believe, that if he did not prescribe for me the medications I used when diagnosed with Covid, in 7/2021, I would have died. My Doctor is my best kept secret! Dr. Cogburn we call him Coggie, you know short for Cogburn. He's the best Doctor I've ever had! He actuall cares about you! In 15 years, he has never missed a phone call. If I leave a message he calls back within 24 hours. ALWAYS!! Coggie was doing office visits over the phone long before Kaiser implemented the program.
