Keeping on par with what customer service experiences Kaiser aims to always deliver, we had back to back Saturday morning eye appointments for both of our children and it is over an hour drive for services.....kaiser waited until we arrived to cancel our appointments

Update your hours on Google, please! Wish I had seen the review from a YEAR ago with the photo of the hours before I drove 25 minutes to get there at 6:30 pm. I drove there to pick up glasses that I was told couldn't be shipped to me. Because the hours posted online are wildly incorrect, I ended up having to make 2 trips instead of the zero I wanted to to retrieve them.
