This is not an urgent care facility and they are not open 24 hrs … when you Show up the their facility it says no medical services they need to change their website messages claiming that they are open 24 hrs this is misleading and the irresponsible. Their security told me “we get a lot of people coming here thinking we are open” kaisers negligence can cost someone’s life due to their website misinformation status.
This is only a lab. NOT AN URGENT CARE!
This is Kaiser Permanentes research laboratory. There is another medical office building in Chino Hills. The people who work here are very professional and are helpful. The security is strict here because they have had vehicles broken into. So if you get lost looking for the other facility you should be able to Google it.
