Doctor walked out as I was asking her a question about my ankle sprain. I have good insurance and—my god—it didn’t even cover half of what they’re billing (over 3 times what Medicare recommends for an urgent care visit)
I checked myself into urgent care due to complications with my type-2 diabetes. They got me checked in and I was called back before I was done even signing everything so no wait. The nurse who took my vitals also took my blood with skill and ease and was, like the X-ray gentleman and EKG nurse both patient and kind. Dr. Batista was very nice and knowledgeable. Wait 5hrs (really 5hrs) . Really need improvement for efficiency
This is the entrance for PT and other providers. Kaiser takes good care of patients.
Dont ever come here! Everybody is so rude, I was having a chronic pain and they took 4 hours and then treated me, and told me it was nothing. The front desk check is was super rude too!! So pissed off
