Went for a blood test to Kaiser Berkeley and it was the smoothest and easiest possible experience. The line was short, the receptionist was very efficient and helpful, my wait in the waiting room was also short, and the phlebotomist herself was super speedy and professional. I was in and out in about 15 minutes.

Dr. Ojo is an amazing doctor. She is so kind, compassionate and an excellent listener. She does a great job of presenting all treatment options and explaining exactly what’s going on. She really does work collaboratively with her patients which makes a huge difference when confronted with health challenges. I’m

Berkeley Kaiser is one of those rare places where everyone from check-in, assistants, to my doctor etc. are wonderful. I experience smiles, kindness, empathy etc. on each visit. I actually followed my doctor (Dr. Zarghoona Rahim) from the Alameda offices due to her knowledge, empathy, patience and the ability to "hear" me. I highly recommend the OBGYN department at Berkeley Kaiser.
