I’m a new Kaiser member and my pharmacy experiences have made me deeply regret that choice. The people are nice but it can take 20+ min just to get to the counter and then another 20+ to get the meds. I have twin toddlers and a job, so this pretty much is a dystopian hellscape of an experience to try to navigate with sick cranky kids or on a limited lunch break. I have literally had to take leave without pay to get my kids’ meds because it took so long.
Got after hours call center during business hours 7:15, closes at 8pm. Worst pharmacy ever.
Security guard at front was incompetent and rude
It’s all we have for this insurance. At least it’s clean and fast.
I previously left a very negative review of this location- only because of an extremely weird and intrusive security guard, but I have never seen him since, and my experience of this place has been nothing but positive since then. The staff is incredibly kind, and genuinely helpful, and I never have to wait more than a few minutes for anything, even with multiple guests ahead of me. I regret not using this pharmacy sooner, honestly. I highly recommend this location.
