If I could give zero stars I would I went in cause I’m 6 weeks pregnant and I had some bleeding and it stop after a few minutes and they couldn’t tell me what’s wrong with my baby and let me know if my baby was ok they just kept saying I’m miscarrying when I didn’t have symptoms of that . I constantly had to ask the doctors to treat me and I went home crying because I didn’t know if my baby was Ok. I wouldn’t recommend this hospital . Worst hospital ever
Worst Kaiser ever do not go here if it’s a emergency the wait time is 2 hours or more every time you will die before you get help
Worst ER experience ever. The staff and docs were nice, but I had to STAND IN LINE to wait to be triaged, although I was extremely sick and could hardly stand. Luckily it was wasn’t too busy. After xray and blood test I had to wait in the waiting room for 90 minutes before I received a call from the doc with diagnosis. Yes, a phone call, not a face to face conversation. After having the advice nurse tell me I needed to go, I went in at 10pm on a Monday night. After 2hrs and 20 minutes waiting I finally got called in. Obviously this makes me loose all hope in Kaiser. It used to be different but I might as well have got on a plane to Mexico it would’ve been faster to seek care there. Complete failure the health care system has become. I wasn’t be able to get the treatment I needed and sent right back home. I could have collapsed in the waiting room nobody would have cared or done anything.
