One of the security guards there in the urgent care had a smart attitude I was already frustrated and worried for my 9 year daughter who I came with to see a doctor and for this security guard to be smart mouthing me by saying “there is a floor you can sit on it” kaiser do you let your patients go through that ? What kind of help is that?
I am giving a five start review because of the care. Service is unacceptable I make appointments and still have to wait 30 minutes+ after my appointment and they want me here early by 15 minutes. In all seriousness the doctors and most nurses are so kind. I had a nurse give me my flu shot and she looked like she wasn’t in a good head space and made me really anxious.
