Typical greedy private insurance company. I pay a lot per month for good coverage. I went to a telehealth provider, grow therapy, that was advertised on Kiaser's site. I searched for telehealth providers by "telehealth therapy that takes Kaiser." Anyway go to six sessions it's covered in full and then all the sudden I get billed for the full amount for 4 sessions. Cancer To whom it may concern. I am so disgusted in the service that my Mother received from the advice nurse I talked to on April 14th. I was asked to send the photo's of my Mum's large mass on her shoulder/neck area. I sent the photos right-a-way on April 14th. At this point... I have not heard one word from anyone at kaiser. If you get offered a job through an agency for here, DONT !!! If they hire you directly your union and have rights so they predominantly hire temp so they can trash you for bogus reasons. Know your worth.
I was on hold for 3 hours and 55 minutes to find out why a referral had not been approved. This was after spending 1 hour in their online queue for customer care. I also put in a prescription into their system 3 weeks ago and I still have not received it. I inquired about it 2 weeks ago and was told by a snotty pharmacy rep that I could drive from Kennewick to Seattle to pick up my script or pay out of pocket if I needed it badly.
