I am a KP retiree. I have never encountered the level of incompetence and outright uncaring in all my years with KP. KP has contracted this service and needs to find another provider. They do not answer emails, they promise to investigate an issue, then never get back to me. I have mailed, emailed and uploaded information that disappears. I then have to spend more of my time trying to fix their mistake. Shame on Kaiser for putting retirees through this to get their earned benefits.
