This is the worst insurance company I've ever delt with.
I called to order my blood pressure pills.I received a phone call (2 days later ??)asking if I was Allergic to certain medications ? The representative said they did not mail the blood pressure pills( that I called in 2 days ago because they needed to up date? )Representative said she was going to order my pills!!! I called to make sure she oder them 2 days later? I checked she did not order them!! I've had too many disappointments with Kaiser thinking about going elsewhere!This is life-Kaiser Permanente..
