Honestly, everything from the wait to the check in to the insurance to even the doctors feels like a scam. When a virtual visit not covered by insurance is less of a hassle then the one with your insurance, you know something is wrong.
There was no course of action, no referral to another department, and no closure. In fact the physician said to me I don't know why they referred you here. I wasted a $20 uber ride just to hear that.
