Do not use doctor Michael Issac Chuang PharMD OF the chronic condition department. This doctor is extremely rude, unprofessional and does not have empathy for patients with chronic illness. I left the appointment in tears
Staff are efficient and helpful. The online help is often confusing to the untechnical.
Dr .ALANNA BURNETT STINSON was very nice as well as her assistant and all of the staff there. That was the first time I visited that location for Kaiser and everyone was very welcoming. Dr. Stinson told me of my results and prescribed some medication for my problem. It was a very good visit.
I message Ayami in the late evening and she responded first thing in the morning and I had an appointment that afternoon
I’ve been here 3 times and all my experiences have been positive. My focus was on the procedure and my interaction with the staff. I wish they had a wheelchair but that was because of my personal needs.
