Neurofeedback has astronomically improved my wellbeing. It has positively impacted many different aspects of my life. At first I had no expectations about the treatment, perhaps because I did not understood the treatment and because there were no medications or procedures that I could accept or not accept. then the well-being and disappearance of anxiety and other discomforts of a restless mind with an alleged "adhd" and compulsive and addictive personality decreased markedly.
