Another horrible experience with staff VERONICA at the PHARMACY !!!!! Rude talks down to people, really should not be working people. She should be fired. Completely disrespectful!!!!People that stigmatize others should not be working here.
Always a horrible experience! Always an hour wait, rude staff, they never have your full prescription. Only have 1-2 weeks of 30 days and always have to come back because of their errors. Worker Veronica is extremely rude! Do you have enough staff at this place? It needs a better manager and people to work more quickly. I have had Kaiser since I was little. Having to take medicine everyday is very hard for me. But Kaiser Pharmacy staff is always so kind and welcoming to me. The pharmacists gladly answer all my questions concerning my meds. Great pharmacy overall.
