What is the matter with Kaiser? How can they be so negligent with elderly patients? I have never experienced such horrific treatment at John Muir or UCSF. The Antioch Deer Valley hospital specifically is outright abusing an elderly patient. Is there anyone in this hospital that cares or can help us? Not even the social worker is helping us. It’s terrifying to know we put our family’s lives in the care of Kaiser Permanente.
